Happy Friday and a big welcome to all new subscribers, thanks for subscribing.

Here is your weekly dose of Wealth Beyond Money Top 5 things on my mind.

1) One Wealth Beyond Money Idea

How to design your perfect day one step at a time:

  1. Make a list of the things that bring you joy and meaning

  2. Make a list of the things you do everyday

  3. Compare the lists

  4. Adjust accordingly

The process is easy. The resistance to adjust is where the inner work becomes important. We live in a world of abundant information yet joy and meaning in life are elusive for many. It’s something I am working on too. Letting go of things that I was told would bring joy and meaning but really don’t has been a great start.

2) One Tweet

The problem is that a life without commitment is a life spent "hugging the X-Axis." The Y-Axis is value. The X-Axis is time. Commitment is the only way to bear fruit in your life. You can't nurture the seeds you've sown when you're always jumping from thing to thing.

3) One Thing I’m Exploring

Jordan Peterson is a best selling author, professor, and clinical pyschologist with a gift for distilling truths about the human condition found in ancient traditions with the latest in scientific research. His psychoanalytic approach to the Biblical stories in a series of lectures available on Youtube have been surprisingly profound and helpful in my own search for answers to the big questions in life.

4) One Quote

Only keep what brings you joy

5) One Question For You to Consider

What can I release that no longer brings me joy?
